I would begin by focusing on some examples of toxic environments coaches have worked in, asking them to share what it evoked in them e.g sympathy for coaching client, anger at systems, sense of futility ( asking for 2 or 3 examples)
I would then look at the framing of the politics and share how these examples could potentially be reframed and asking for suggestions based on David's talk. I would try and balance the interactive session using the time line below as a guide but also been sensitive to what was stressed and what the group introduced in the first fifteen minutes.
